The Agricultural Farm "Villa Carmine" was born in 1978 thanks to the initiative of Nicola Santoro, whose peasant origin family can boast a generational experience in the agricultural field. In particularly Nicola Santoro, since 1978 dedicated oneself exclusively to the olive and oil production, buying the first olive trees from the Society Pesciatina of Horticulture of Pescia (Pistoia - Italy), and through a process of landed improvement and refinement of the productive cycle that has brought the Agricultural Farm "Villa Carmine" to be recognized as one of the best and more efficient national farm in the production of Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.

It's a land in Carovigno territory, in Countryside Carmine (Latitude 40°44'01",33 North and Longitude 17°41'57",62 East), the extension is approximately 37 acres, located nearly 98 feet above sea level, in which after several reclaim interventions has been created an irrigated specialized olive-grove composed as follows: - 300 ultrasecolary olive trees variety "Ogliarola Salentina" - 1.100 olive trees variety "Frantoio" - 1.000 olive trees variety "Picholine" - 500 olive trees variety "Leccino" - 400 olive trees variety "Coratina" - 400 olive trees variety "Nociara" - 300 olive trees variety "Termite di Bitetto" Expect to the over a hundred years trees, the other plants were planted for thickening the pre-existent olive-grove, and today the farm situated in Countryside Carmine can boast a total of 4.000 olive trees. Farm in Countryside Carbone in Ceglie Messapica		Another area is located in territory of Ceglie Messapica, in the Countryside Carbone (40°36'34",07 Latitude North and 17°31'00",66 Longitude East), the extension is approximately 30 acres, located nearly 807 feet above sea level, in which after several reclaim interventions has been created an irrigated specialized olive-grove composed as follows: - 500 ultrasecolary olive trees variety "Ogliarola Salentina" - 100 ultrasecolary olive trees variety "Cellina di Nardò" - 1.000 olive trees variety "Toscanina" - 400 olive trees variety "Nociara" - 200 olive trees variety "Ogliarola Salentina" (New cultivar) Expect to the over a hundred years trees, the other plants were planted for thickening the pre-existent olive-grove, and today the farm located in Countryside Carbone can boast a total of 2.200 olive trees.
Another area is located in territory of Carovigno, in the Countryside Monte Caliolo (40°44'14",43 Latitude Nord and 17°39'36",46 Longitude East), the extension is approximately 20 acres, located nearly 220 feet above sea level, in which after several reclaim interventions and of hydro-geological systematization has been created an irrigated specialized olive-grove composed as follows: - 180 ultrasecolary olive trees variety "Ogliarola Salentina" - 20 ultrasecolary olive trees variety "Cellina di Nardò" - 600 olive trees variety "Frantoio" - 600 olive trees variety "Cima di Melfi" - 300 olive trees variety "Nocellara del Belice" - 200 olive trees variety "Leccino" Expect to the over a hundred years trees, the other plants were planted for thickening the pre-existent olive-grove, and today the farm situated in Countryside Monte Caliolo can boast a total of 1.900 olive trees. Farm in Countryside Pilone in Ostuni Farm in Countryside Spagnulo in Ostuni Farm in Countryside Grava di Ciola in Ostuni		The origin of Ostuni of Santoro family has been felt, and although most of the olive-groves are located in Carovigno, recently has been bought land, in the territory of Ostuni in the Countryside “Pilone”, “Spagnulo” and “Grava di Ciola”. The land situated in the Countryside Pilone (40°47'54",71 Latitude North and 17°31'58",04 Longitude East) the extension is approximately 3,5 acres, located nearly 52 feet above sea level, in which exist an irrigated specialized olive-grove composed as follows: - 25 ultrasecolary olive trees variety “Ogliarola Salentina” - 140 olive trees variety “Leccino” - 36 olive trees variety “Frantoio” - 30 olive trees variety “Coratina” - 20 olive trees variety “Cima di Melfi” The land situated in Countryside Spagnulo (40°46'12",76 Latitude North and 17°32'01",23 Longitude East) the extension is approximately 4 acres, located nearly 200 feet above sea level, in which exist an irrigated specialized olive-grove composed as follows: - 70 ultrasecolary olive trees variety "Ogliarola Salentina" The land situated in Countryside “Grava di Ciola” (40°46'17",76 Latitude North and 17°32'34",72 Longitude East) the extension is approximately 7,5 acres, located nearly 151 feet above sea level, in which existed an irrigated specialized olive-grove composed as follows: - 20 ultrasecolary olive trees variety "Ogliarola Salentina" - 400 olive trees variety "Leccino" - 400 olive trees variety "Frantoio" - 180 olive trees variety "Carolea" Except to the over a hundred years trees, the other plants were planted for thickening the pre-existent olive-grove, and today the farm situated in Countryside “Pilone”, “Spagnulo” and “Grava di Ciola” can boast a total of 1.321 olive trees. To this property land (101 acres with a total of 9.421 olive trees) it can be added land conducted in lease from the Agricultural Farm "Villa Carmine" in Countryside “Trappeto del Diavolo” (Ostuni), “Pezza della Chiesa” and “Monte Caliolo” (Carovigno).
The land located in Countryside “Trappeto del Diavolo”, in the territory of Ostuni (40°46'43",48 Latitude North and 17°32'44",31 Longitude East) the extension is approximately of 47 acres, is located nearly 138 feet above sea level, and at the same place exist a mixed olive-grove composed as follow: - 580 ultrasecolary olive trees variety “Ogliarola Salentina”. Farm in Countryside Pezza della Chiesa in Carovigno		The land located in Countryside “Pezza della Chiesa”, in the territory of Carovigno (40°43'06",84 Latitude North and 17°41'19",70 Longitude East) the extension is approximately of 31 acres, is located nearly 367 feet above sea level, and at the same place exist a mixed olive-grove composed as follow: - 620 ultrasecolary olive trees variety “Ogliarola Salentina”.
